Lecture Notes

I sought to be beauty, entertainment, a burgeoning
individual—The singular as such 
is not so strong—Painting 
in okay-ish daylight, hardly there, out  
of the eye’s corner arrives a mark unintended, 
an error, a stain—
Eccentricity—A new manner 
of understanding—Almost dangerous how it generates 
reality, like a strand of hair, a thread on which 
touch reverberates—An interval 
where two spaces (thread and not-thread) 
collide and depend on each other—
The visual consequences of this 
encounter not yet realized—
